A Monitoring and Targeting (M&T) program establishes a facility's average energy use, which is then used to develop and set targets for your consumption and costs. And by knowing when your consumption varies from the targets, you'll be able to take action as soon as your use exceeds your predictions. Early detection means less wasted energy and potentially lower repair costs.

By implementing an M&T program, you could significantly reduce your energy costs. Here's how we can help:

  • One of our consultants will help you determine whether your facility is a good candidate for M&T.
  • We'll recommend companies that have experience in energy management systems.
  • We'll provide half the cost (up to $10,000) of an operational energy analysis, which will determine the costs and benefits of an M&T system.
  • We'll also provide $0.10 per m³ of estimated natural gas savings.
